Upfront Rates? Yeah right! by Kyle H.

The actual service was fantastic, but if you want "UP FRONT AND TRANSPARENT RATES" you are going to be disappointed. I was initially quoted $238 for a 2 hour move which seems fair. However not until after they had moved all of my stuff was I told there was an additional $154 "State Mandated" vehicle fee. You would think that this would be in the quote. I thought I had messed up reading the fine print, which would be fine, I signed the agreement, so I paid. But after they left I went back and reread the agreement and they had marked the vehicle fee as $0 in the initial estimate. So, either they are careless and incompetent or deceptive and trying to underquote and overcharge. They even conceded that they had made a mistake and took $50 off. If I misread something do you really think they would take $50 off the bill? I didn't think so. They admitted multiple times they messed up their quote and I'm still down $104 dollars. Great business you guys are running.

On the positive side, the delivery men were very professional and everything was handled with care and speed.

Courteous and Caring by Janice D.

2 individuals moved my furniture, called to let me know they could start early, asked what kind of Starbucks drink I would like, movers shortly arrived and were very courteous. Did a great packing job of my furniture. They patiently waited for me at my storage unit and carefully brought everything in. Both movers were very friendly and kind. More importantly, they followed through in emailing me my receipt unlike other companies I've dealt with. Enjoyed the Starbucks drink. Thank you!

During a very stressful time, the moving crew made our move day so much easier than we could ever imagine. Both were hardworking, never stopped until done. They both had great personalities, so funny! We enjoyed having this crew move us. They really did bring Starbucks!

I have discovered this company by their truck parked at Hazard Center Drive on the way to and from work. At that time I was looking for a moving company for my daughter's move. Luckily it's a great decision. It's a very reliable company with pleasant and friendly staff. I have recently used it when my husband and I moved. I don't have anything negative to say. I have recommended it to a colleague at work as she will be moving soon, too.

From scheduling with Jericho to the arrival of my crew (Eric & Cody) everything was executed flawlessly. They were full of hustle, had great attitudes, maintained superb communication throughout the move and really know what it means to deliver top notch customer service WITH A SMILE. This experience should be shared with your entire team as they have set the standard. As a property manager I have interacted with several movers, however, YMM and this duo really over delivered! Will be requesting Eric and Cody for all future moves!

It went well till the end...they damaged 2 items and I just discovered a week a go that they didn't completely screw in all my screws to my bedframe and it nearly fell apart. Also noted damage on the wood bed frame. It also took them over a week to return my call regarding repairing the damaged items...not impressed.
