Dishonest Out of State Companyby David C.

This is a California company with no physical locations in Florida. Jackson and Vashaud showed up late and unprepared. I caught them numerous times standing around on their cell phones down by their truck. They did not bring the necessary equipment and claimed they had no record of the request.

The broke my 60" plasma TV by dropping it. Neither mover would take responsibility for dropping it and said that it must have shifted in the truck which was a lie. Taylor Shade the area manager came to my house after I demanded they stop the move before anything else was damaged. When Taylor arrived, he took one look at the TV and said, "Yeah, they obviously dropped it." They also scratched numerous pieces of furniture because of not properly wrapping them in blankets prior to moving.

They took ten hours to move a one bedroom apartment from Harbour Island to Channelside. This simple move should have taken three hours at most if the movers had come prepared and worked the whole time. When Taylor Shade the manager saw the total amount moved he said, "How did this move take ten hours?"

Lance T Clauson the owner of the company refused to compensate me for any of the damage and lied in his response to my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. This is obviously not a company operating in good faith and certainly not a company I would trust.
