I have given this company a week to right their wrong, don't normally write reviews, but this one needs to be.
Movers showed up late after they were scheduled, and its very easy to see why they chose to bill hourly, 3 movers, one on phone most of the time. Entire move took 8 hours, for reference, a company named "youmoveme" did this same move in 5 hours just a year ago..
Now, hard to judge a company for just being slow if everything arrived ok, but it did not, they literally destroyed a leather couch. Pictures will be attached. So after having the movers note the damage I call their office and am promised a call back, that didn't happen. Call again the next day and am told I will "get a call back"... NOPE. I get an email asking for pictures, I send the email, and all communication after this (4 days) now is dark. According to the email they have a "Customer Care Manager" although this person is either on the phone the entirety of their shift, or maybe doesn't exist..
Oh and want to know why they have so many 5 star reviews? They take $50 off your bill if you write one.. We will see if that follows yelp's guidelines
