I must say that this began as a terrible experience with the crew that Movers Connection sent for my job. I don't believe I should go into too many details about the experience, but they were 30 minutes late, came with 2 instead of 3 people, took very long breaks on the clock, and argued with me loudly several times. Beyond that, they were generally unprofessional and my experience with them was poor. However, I am giving high ratings to MC because they made it right by giving me more than half my money back. At the end of the day, I paid for 2 hours of service after the partial refund and received the equivalent of 2 - 2.5 hours of service (which took 4.5 hours).
I hope my poor experience was rare for MC, but you can be confident that they will make it right in case something similar happens to you. No matter who does your move, I would encourage to gather hard visual/audio evidence and be as professional as you can be if your experience is going badly. This ensures you are above reproach in a dispute and it does not become your word vs their word.
