Made appt with Eric at Ideal and had to do $35 depost which they did not put toward cost and refused to return. Eric told me it would go to the bill. Had breakage during move and contacted them 4 times (2 phone 2 email) and they have never contacted me. Opened a Better Business Bureau complaint and was told that the are not an accredited business. BBB also contacted them and they will not talk to BBB. My appt was made with Ideal but the movers were White Glove which the young man explained to me is the same company. They refused to take a credit card which was a big red flag. Avoid at all costs.
