My appointment was for 9 am. Got a call around 845 and was told they would make it by 10. When they didn't show up by 1030, I tried calling back the manager but he would not answer or return calls. Around 1130 got a call from the driver asking for directions. After some wrong turns they made it at 1155.
The moving crew did a good job and behaved professionally and courteous. Nothing was broken. They could have been faster I think. Took 2 hours to load only large furniture from a 2 bedroom house; I had moved the small items and boxes myself earlier.
The truck was in poor shape. All taillights were hanging from the wires. The ramp got stuck when done loading and the crew had to spend 15 minutes under the sun to get it back in.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy. Unfortunately, I cannot read the receipt to know the situation as to why the crew was late other than your notes that said they got lost. We always encourage the crew to keep in touch with the customer to cut out confusion with a 3rd party. I am glad to hear that you were pleased with the crew and their service. I am not sure what truck you are referring to that was in such bad shape. We are not allowed by law to drive with tail lights that hang. I see you rated the company as 2 for professionalism, but said the guys were very professional in your review. I am not sure why we were rated a 2 then... I am really at a loss as how to respond, because you mainly complained about the truck which didn't interfere at all with your move. We wish you the best in the future!
