I liked the fact that the mover was able to come the day I wanted and accommodated my requests. They came from Illinois to Ohio the next day. What I did not like is that the movers were not careful with some of my furniture and their attitude was not as friendly as I would have hoped for.

Two Men and a Truck Reviews - 4
The movers we hired were very efficient and professional. They worked very quickly and tried to get everything in one trip to save us money. They packed everything as well as they could. I don't have any complaints, I would for sure use them for my next move!
I worked with Jon U. to schedule my move, he was very personable and explained everything thoroughly, provided an immediate estimate over the phone and followed with an email. My move had to be rescheduled at the last minute for the following morning and they were very accommodating. The movers arrived within their estimated arrival time window and were patient and compliant with all the peculiarities of the condo board association. They did a quick visual inventory of boxes and furniture then thoroughly reviewed the paperwork and took payment information. They worked efficiently with one guy moving items to the elevator, the other moving them from the elevator to the truck. Move-out from my third floor one bedroom took 2 hours with a small elevator and move-in to my sixth floor one bedroom took 1.5 hours with a larger elevator. Nothing was damaged in the move and there were no up-charges for moving supplies such as tape and tarps. My moving team was Nehoff & Lewis and they were both hard working and personable. I had used TMT in 2008 and during that time they had carts in their trucks for all of the random things that didn't fit well into boxes and for things such as couch cushions, I was disappointed to see that they didn't have one this time around. Overall things went smoothly, the move did exceed the estimated time by 30 minutes, but it was mostly due to peculiarities in each building's association move policies such as parking and use of specific doors and/or stairwells. This move process was particularly stressful, everything that could have gone wrong did. TMT was very accommodating throughout my scheduling fiasco and once they arrived things went smoothly. They made the move easy!
My move was cursed from the start, but these movers made my experience a little less painful! Because of complications with my closing, I had to change the destination address at the last minute to a storage facility. When I called to make the change, Two Men and a Truck were more than accommodating. However, the day of the move, the movers were late (they did call and let me know). They worked hard and quickly though, so that made up for their tardiness. When we arrived at the storage facility, I was able to get in without a problem, but after I was in, the garage door broke leaving me locked in and the movers locked out. Even though it was after 7pm, they stayed until the police were able to get me out; however, the movers were still not able to get into the facility. They called their manager and arranged to lock up my stuff in their truck overnight to give me some time to find a new destination. The movers even gave me their personal number so I could call them at 6am the following morning with a new destination address. They showed up the next morning at 7am and delivered all my stuff to the new location. I am not sure how I could have survived the move without their flexibility and willingness to help!
