After I decided to go with them and emailed them a signed copy of estimate, no one called me back or confirmed anything for days. I had to call multiple people at the company before someone could confirm that we were on their schedule. They put us down for the wrong date despite me telling them that the date was wrong. They showed up on that wrong date. Finally once that was sorted out and packers came they said estimate was wrong and would take way more boxes.
Packing was ok- I haven't unpacked all of my dishes yet- have only found 1 thing broken. My large desk and a shelf were scratched.
Movers were good, efficient and very polite.
My final invoice is more than double the estimate. Also they wrote in the wrong arrival and completion times for the movers.
Overall- the packing and moving personnel were good but the company and their staff are not easy to get hold off and are just out to deceive people and make a huge profit.
