Customer service was very good from the initial contact. However, I was charged the security deposit twice and am still waiting for a credit after three days now from notifying them. The actual movers were friendly, but glad we did not have any new or expensive furniture to move. Furniture pieces were wrapped 'after' being hauled onto the truck rather than before, which led to extra scratches and dents during the transfer. I've used another moving company in the past which was really good, so I probably had very high expections. But overall, the service was worth not having to move it all ourselves!
