The team was terrific, honchoed by Dana. They all moved quickly and effeciently. The weather was brutally cold yet it never hampered them. Aside from the minor communication lapse between the mall management and the team, this very complex move was completed on time and well executed.
Under very snowy trying conditions, our move could not have gone smoother. Outstanding job. Well done

As a first time mover, I had an absolutely great experience with Morse Moving. Communication was top notch, answered all my anxiety questions and were professional while on site. I have nothing but positive feedback and wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending to friends/family.
All the guys sent to help were courteous, friendly, and took good care of our furniture. They handled some pretty hefty items, including our oak bedroom furniture, a 400 pound butcher block, and numerous items from my husband's workshop. The workshop was in a basement location and they did a great job in taking care not to damage walls in the stairway.
The third party individual did a very nice job at both the origination and the drop off, and helped to disassemble the large pier style headboard for the master bedroom. He was also very courteous and even removed his shoes so as not to dirty the carpet.
The good: Tracy is an excellent, professional sales rep. He did a great job ensuring us that we're in good hands with this wonderful, family business who prides themselves in customer service. Even though other companies quoted us even less, we were more sympathetic to gong with a family-run business. The other positive was the polite, respectful moving crew. HOWEVER, way more bad than good! If you have high end furniture, this is NOT the company for you. We had major damage to our solid mahogany bedroom and dining room sets. We cringed as we saw our mahogany armoire being pulled up the stairs with barely any padding around it. Even though the movers themselves were kind, this doesn't make up for incompetence. They dropped the ball with severe cracks and multiple major scratches on our beautiful furniture. In addition, they marked up our newly painted walls. We were devastated, but had some comfort knowing that we purchased the extra insurance through Morse to cover us for instances like these. However, this is when the process got worse. The claims manager, Stacy Finley, was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Furthermore, she had the audacity of insinuating that we were claiming for damages that were already pre-existing. It has now been 2 months since our move, and over 1 month that the company sent a furniture repair company out to estimate the damages. We have made several phone calls/emails in this past month to find out what the status of the claim is, without any response. Filed a claim with the BBB, and that finally got a response from the company. They're only admitting to damaging one furniture piece even though more were listed on the mover's final invoice/sign-off. And instead of repairing the damages, they're supposedly sending out a check for $150.00. That doesn't even come close to the cost of the stress cracks they created in our mahogany armoire. Of course, they are refusing to do anything with the walls since we didn't mention this on the paperwork when they left. Well, it's pretty difficult to evaluate every wall in a 11,000 square foot home when it's nighttime (they left at 6:00pm...dark outside.) You can't see the wall imperfections until the daylight hits the walls. Our stairwell walls were marked up. They were in prisitine condition before the move since they had just been newly painted and no one was living in the house yet (my movers can vouch for that.) Completely disappointed with this company!! It has been an utter nightmare!!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
