DO NOT USE! Horrible experience and even worse follow up. I stored my furniture and home goods with Big Brother for nearly 2.5 years. I called to confirm the return of my goods the night before. The next morning (8/29), the movers were an hour late. Even worse, my power tools were not returned. I called that day twice to follow up and left two messages with the receptionist. Then followed up the next week 3 more times before finally speaking to the president, Scott a full week after. He told me he had spoken with his employees and their "stories" matched up. He said that he would speak with his insurance agent to determine what could be done. I have followed up 3 additional times but he has refused to return my call. I am only asking for the return of my tools.
On top of all of this, Scott has refused to provide a refund for the pro rated monthly storage fee which he said would be refunded. I have no options but to file a complaint with the BBB and take legal action. DO NOT USE BIG BROTHER MOVING AND STORAGE. I will pay double to not go through an experience like this again.
