For our office move, I researched moving companies in the area quite extensively, and had a number of men come out to give me quotes before selecting one. I picked All Around Moving for quite a few reasons, customer service being number one. Tony came out to do the estimate--timeliness is important in the business world, and I was pleased to find he arrived early--and made me feel like our company would be in good hands. After the initial estimate, he made a point of following up and making sure we had everything necessary, from creating a color-coded floor plan, giving us labels to go with the floor plan, to sending a reminder email for our office staff to prep for the move along with tips on the best way to go about prepping. I was also very impressed with his offer of competitive pricing if we found another company whose estimate came close to his.
The day of the move, his team showed up on time, and worked highly efficiently while still handling all of our property with care. Tony and his team also went out of their way to assemble office furniture for us that we had just ordered and had in boxes delivered to the new office--they were under no obligation to do so, and this was such an extra bonus for us! If they had not offered to assemble the extra furniture, they would have finished in less time than expected, and Tony's estimate would have been right on the money. As it was, the total invoice was just barely over what he quoted us originally, which is always such a relief.
The office staff at All Around Moving was also very friendly and helpful--the ladies made sure to follow up after the initial estimate to see about my experience and potential interest in booking with them. A little while after the move, I had to request another invoice for accounting purposes, and the ladies up front were happily able to get it to me stat.
My company was more than happy with our experience with All Around Moving, and I can safely recommend them to anyone with moving needs--from the outstanding customer service to their trustworthiness in terms of pricing and handling property properly and professionally. Great job, guys!
