Over charged around $230.00 more when the service man came in than initially agreed on the phone with the representative. The rep clearly told me that the charge will be including warp-up fee. However, the actual moving people seem totally unrelated the rep on the phone, and they started to re-negotiate with me the price. When I call back to the rep, and he has no control over these moving people, and asks me to discuss the price with the moving people.
When still in discussion, the moving people just picked up package without having my permission.
This is a very bad experience.
