So I had to move from Long Island to Florida and I had a decent amount of stuff. It's just me and my child so needless to say I had to hire someone. I gave them a chance because there were no surprise fees with them and I am on a budget. My estimator was Jacob Miller. He did help me a lot because I wasn't sure of a lot of things but he was patient (I ask way to many questions, and he didn't get annoyed). One thing I like is that he didn't try to sell me, told me exactly how it was and what the cost would be beforehand. As long as I didn't have more stuff than I told him then I knew my cost. They did keep their word, which surprised me to be honest.
They are a carrier so the movers were their employees. The driver also. They arrived on time so no complaint. They looked professional, and like they had experience As for them loading everything they were efficient although they did take their time extra wrapping some things, but it's ok because they were being careful. On that note, nothing was damaged, there was some shifting but everything was separately wrapped so nothing happened.
They were really sweet and even took apart my beds and stuff and put it back together! I was already looking around on CL for help with that but when I told Jacob he said they would do it. It was more important for me that they did it in Florida because I really don't know anyone here yet.
It took them 4 days to deliver my stuff. I was ok with that because they said 3 to 10 days. I was being consolidated on another truck that was already going down so they had one other drop off but IMO it didn't take too long.
I would definitely recommend them if you need a mover. They weren't the cheapest but they did do what they said. And I still can't get over the fact that the guys put my beds and stuff back together :) I can't thank them enough.
