Damaged and Broken Items, Never paid for damages!by Brandon K.

Hired these shady movers this summer to do a very very simple move that they made more difficult than it has to be. It was a bedroom set and some personal items. They promised an arrival of 1pm and showed up 6 hours later. Wasted a days of work and better yet these rookies movers damaged every single thing they touched. They do not have a clue as to wrap furniture and tvs. They completely damaged my flat screen television and scuffed and chipped all of my bedroom furniture. They literally unwrapped every article so they could keep the pads in the truck before being brought into the apartment. These guys are lazy, irresponsibly, very dishonest, will not disclose any insurance and does not provide an additional insurance against goods. Also, they do not own any of their own trucks, they came to move me in a Budget rental. Shady shady! Beware of these movers, but only use them if you want your items damaged. Trust me and use a honest company with high ratings only. If you have been burned by these guys, do what you can to get your money back as I am in the process of doing that with my credit card and/or will be pursing legal action against this company!

Horrible company and horrible service! Stay away! Bad experience from beginning to end. they took a week and a half to deliver our stuff, and they lost our 3'x6' mirror, when my wife called to get an answer, the receptionist yelled at her, like it was her fault that they lost the mirror! Nobody ever apologized for losing, braking or misplacing our mirror; their answer was that we can put a claim, but they would pay 67 cents per pound, and that our mirror didn't weight more than 20 lbs. So they would pay us about 15 dollars for a 150 dollar mirror. They said they look in their warehouse for a day but could not find it. I thought that they were on the Delivery business NOT on the Losing stuff business. They don't seem to care that some costumers stuff have sentimental value for them. that mirror was a wedding gift.
But it wasn't only that, they were supposed to call us the day before the pick up, and nobody did! I e-mailed the secretary the same day of the pick up, and she answered that they would be there later on the day. 7pm and there weren't there or called me! E-mailed again, and she answered back with an attitude that they were stuck in traffic. They finally got there at 9:30pm... they were on a rush, and actually tried to over charge me 50 cubic feet.
and then I had to keep calling to know when our stuff would arrive, after 5 days they told me that it would arrive the following week. It was suppose to take 3 to 4 days. Nobody called me to keep me informed. I would've paid more for a better service.

Overall a good moving experience. They had to switch my move date because of weather but it worked out well in the end. Quick and efficient and willing to help. I was moving into a fifth floor walk up and they were still quick and actually finished in less time than the original quote. I would use they again.
