GREAT JOB by Kathy C.

I have to say GREAT JOB... Our movers were Victor and Deshawn. They came in working and worked till last item was set in our new place. They were careful and cautious with our furniture. I have used movers in the past and these guys out did them all. I will be recommending YOU MOVE ME-TULSA to anyone that I know. Another great thing is time does not start till they arrive at your place, not when they leave their office. Were on time to start and very efficient.

Bad experience - distroyed a frig/lost a mirrorby Kathy W.

We had a horrible experience with You Move Me. We could never recommend them. They destroyed our stainless steel refrigerator. It is now covered with scratches, dents, bends and dings. They removed the doors and then reinstalled them crooked. It’s unusable – a $2,300 Samsung destroyed by You Move Me. They also lost a $200 mirror. The first offered us a $150; we complained then they offered us $300. It was an insulting offer. And it took them weeks to get to this offer, and we had to keep calling and emailing them. Don’t use You Move Me.

Hi Rod,

We have done our very best to rectify this for you, and it is unfortunate that you are not satisfied. After your move on October 10, 2014, we received a call on October 21, 2014 to inform us of damage to your refrigerator and that you were unable to locate a mirror. Even though this damage claim was not submitted in writing within 10 days, as per the contract, we moved forward and tried to come to an agreement.

At You Move Me we always ensure that our customer reads, understands, and signs our contract. This is to protect both the customer and You Move Me in the very rare case that something gets damaged. The contract is very specific on what happens in the case of damages. We never shy away from our responsibility and agreement which is signed before the move begins. You Move Me stands by our contract 100% and will even go above and beyond in many cases.

We have offered, in writing, to pay you the value of the lost mirror which you said was $200, as well as standard valuation for the damage to the refrigerator. As outlined in our contract, standard valuation is the equivalent of $0.60/lb. Despite this being completely in line with the agreement that we both signed prior to your move, you have chosen to decline the offer.

Amazing service!by Kim L.

The time leading up to my move was very stressful, I contacted You Move Me & spoke with Andrew who was extremely helpful in making sure I had everything I needed for my move. I was asked if I'd like an estimate & I said no - I knew the price would be good. The guys called me the day before the move to confirm the time & asked me what kind of coffee I liked then showed up on time the day of the move with my coffee in hand! I was very impressed. I wasn't quite ready - still had a few boxes to pack & they grabbed a wardrobe box & had my closet emptied out in less than 10 minutes! They worked hard & fast but were also very careful. They got everything packed up & on the truck promptly and got me all set up in my new place asking if I needed anything moved to a different location or changed once we had it in place. I was very impressed with the whole experience & will recommend them to everyone I know as well as my real estate clients.

The two movers I had were fantastic because they were professional in terms of their service, communication and efficiency. I can't remember the names of the young men who helped me move but they were awesome!
The pricing was fair and fairly accurate to the initial quote. I was pleased overall. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Efficient but must watch closelyby Bridgette K.

Initial contact was lacking. I expected a call to explain I wanted things packed and loaded into a POD. They arrive a little late but that was due to our storms and the driver contacted me to explain. I appreciated the update. I was disappointed in the packing and loading of one of the three men, and he was the lead with all the paper work. When packing he didn't wrap everything and I had to tell him to pull the item out and wrap it otherwise it would break. Unfortunately he did break my wooden dolphin when he picked it up. Also he attempted to put a wardrobe box in the POD not closed or taped up. Once again. If we hadn't been watching them I would have a box that would be useful to stack anything else on. In addition, they all were very skimpy on the tape. I am paying for the roll of tapes so I was disappointed in when they used one strip that barely closed the box flaps for the bottom. And this was proven when one box they lifted dropped all contents. Luckily it only held clothes. The team was friendly and quick but you really have to watch them to ensure they don't cut corners. Lastly, they say the bring coffee, but they don't. Overall they are average. I would only recommend them if they are cheaper than other average moving companies. For the company....I recommend you train your packers and movers on commonsense techniques, e.g. heavy boxes on the bottom and lighter boxes on the top.

Movers were polite & did an exellent jobby Rhoda M.

They had to move a couple of furniture which were very difficult to move. They were able to maneuver the objects and also used there time very wisely. They were on time and were very polite and accommodating. They also communicated to me exactly what they were going to do.

The estimated cost was accurate however some of the services promised by the estimator were not. Promised garment boxes would be on truck: Nope they were not. I had to move the hanging clothes after the truck was done: three additional hours by myself with my vehicle. Promised floor protection for my hardwood floors: none. Promised zippered mattress covers: none. But the guys offered to throw moving blankets on them. Movers: Two sets of blood-shot eyes looking at me when I opened the door- looked very tired. One guy talked on his cell phone quite a lot & one-handed the dolly quite a lot (ear on the shoulder.) Eventually dropped a box & broke an inexpensive Halloween decoration. Company would not reimburse me for the cost ($15.) They got the stuff moved.

They were to arrive from 8:00-10:00 and arrived around 8:50. They called to let us know they were on their way to Quick Trip for gas for the truck and wanted to know if we wanted them to get us any coffee or a drink while we were there. Super thoughtful!! They were quick at moving us and very respectful, saying "Yes, sir." or "Yes, ma'am." They said they were here to help us and whatever we needed, they would do. It was a great experience. I have already recommended them to a friend and will probably use them the next time we move.

Everything went as promised on time very professional. Move went fast and no problems always recommend to all friends. Time starts when they arrive and time ends when move is complete. Some companies were starting time from their shop and when they returned to clock out.

I had a two day notice that My son's things were coming in from across country and that there was a thousand pound safe aboard. Several moving venues told me they could not do it under a five man crew. The cost was considerable. This company made the arrangements with me on short notice, and sent four men to unload. A fifth man showed up to help unload the safe at no extra charge, and the job was complete within an hour. I could not have asked for anything better. Everything went like clockwork. I will always use and recommend "You Move Me" for moving needs in the future. Thanks.
