BAD BAD BAD. Simply the worst! They damaged every single piece of expensive, brand new furniture that I had just purchased. It was unblemished and immaculate. Now it looks used. They scratched, scraped and scuffed every bit of it + they broke my coffee table. It wasn't protected at all! PLASTIC WRAP.... they used plastic wrap - no padding, no blankets, just plastic wrap. Ridiculous. They gave me the same excuses as they did with another customer whose furniture was damaged. I spoke to a previous customer who also left them bad feedback, and they gave them the same excuses as they did me! Unbelievable! My coffee table is cracked and the wood is split - it needs replacing. I waited for someone to come repair/replace my beautiful furniture that their sloppy movers ruined! I will never use this company again even if it was free!
PATRICK NORRIS, the owner, initially agreed to make repairs on my furniture after he acknowledged that my furniture was damaged by his movers. But… actions speak louder than words and after a month of excuses, he never fixed anything, so I left him a bad review on Facebook. He immediately contacted me the next day and said he saw my review, and told me he was retracting everything 100%, and he wasn’t nice at all. He even tried to bribe us with money to remove the review! Reviews are to inform the public of an experience, whether good or bad, and customers have the option to choose between 1-5 stars, based upon your experience. Mine was BAD and got worse and worse. This is the most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Patrick Norris said he refused to fix anything until I removed the review. So I removed it, then he refused to fix anything, then he tried to force us under duress to sign some kind of legal papers to say we won't say anything bad about his 'company'. After they RUINED our furniture? Yeah that's how to treat customers! It's not even a company, it's some jerk who runs it. And he's got a BAD ATTITUDE. He even tried to bribe us with cash to remove the review! This is dishonest, unethical, illegal and we don’t take bribes.
ALSO, they pressure you to sign on moving day to say that you've inspected your belongings and nothing is damaged, then they'll tell you it's "ok" even though you haven't inspected anything, and say you have 6 months to file a claim. THIS IS A TRAP. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU INSPECT YOUR BELONGINGS. Of course, nobody can inspect a whole house full of furniture in a few minutes - it takes days to look through unopened boxes, glass, furniture, shelves, couches, chairs, etc.. They will use this against you later on when they damage your furniture! He even keeps a REPAIRMAN on hand!!! Does that tell you anything? His repairman also told me that Mr. Norris instructed him NOT to make repairs UNTIL I signed papers stating I would not say anything bad about his company. And the repairman said he has never asked any other customer to do this, and thought it strange himself, and even had a few unsavory words about Mr. Norris. That is DISCRIMINATION. Mr. Norris He will not cooperate or honor his promises. He has argued and fought against this for 5 months now! We are not waiting 6 months, because we are SUING him. This guy deserves a bad review to say the least. We told him the review would stay up until my furniture is fixed/replaced, but he will NOT do anything. He is disrespectful, dishonest, untrustworthy, insulting, and very argumentative. I don't like being treated like this, and I trusted this company to protect and care for my things. He has not kept his promises, or made any efforts to repair or replace anything. He wants everything HIS way, but we will not accept UNETHICAL or ILLEGAL conditions. We've been very patient and this guy has fought against this for 5 months now, and I think that is long enough. We filed a complaint against them on the Better Business Bureau, and they continue fighting. I am a paying customer, and I’ve had no customer satisfaction. Patrick Norris had my furniture in his custody and control, he damaged every single piece of furniture I own, promised to make repairs, then did not honor those promises. We are now suing! NEVER NEVER NEVER choose this company!

I know we extended offers to repair all items free of charge. We also contacted an independent technician that verified that all the damages were minor and repairable and he verified that you declined several attempts on his part to allow the repairs to be completed. The BBB also stated in their findings that we had made a good faith effort to resolve this issue for you. In the end, our customers satisfaction is the most important thing to us, so if at any time you would like us to get the technician out there, we would be glad to do so.
