When I made the appointment for our move out of a storage facility to a moving truck, I made sure that they knew we were moving a piano into the moving truck and that we needed a crew that would have experience with that. Also the person I talked to on the phone was Phillip the manager, and he assured me that they would provide shrink wrap to help secure our loose items for the trip and a dolly to move our things into the truck. On the day of the move, the guys arrived near the end of the time window they provided and they were not prepared at all, no dolly, and no shrink wrap. My husband borrowed a dolly from the storage facility and moved most the boxes out of the storage room and moved them to the entrance so it would make it easier for the guys and also since they were later, he wanted to get on the road ASAP. Since we are a military family, we are familiar with moving. My husband said that the guys they sent had no clue on how to pack a truck, which is sad because that is what they are paid to do. Since the guys were inefficient and my husband was tired of telling them where to place the boxes in the truck, he pretty much moved and secured most of the things in the truck. Most important, they didn't bring a piano dolly to move the piano into the truck. Luckily it had wheels, so they just pushed it onto the truck with the help of my husband. The guys from the moving company told my husband, that he was a better mover that most moving guys. We paid for 2 hours of labor but they only did less than hour worth of work because my husband did most of the work for them. Moving is not new to us, so we know when movers are inexperienced, which is sad. The only thing I can say is that we didn't have to pay a lot. Which means we get what we pay for. But it is sad that you have a company that sends out guys that are inexperienced and unprepared for the work. Luckily we will not be back in the El Paso but if we are, we will not use the Sacred Heart. I tried to call Phillip, the manager and left messages, but have not been able to get a hold of him. I call the company and no one picks up the phone, no big surprise. I'm sure other people have had good experiences, I guess it's a luck of the draw for which guys they send to do the job. I hope others have better luck but I just wanted to share so you can get another perspective.

I just want to thank sacred heart moving and storage for all their help and compassion of my situation. I reccomend this moving company to everyone. I found myself in a horrible situation at the end of my pregnancy where it put my family in a shelter this wounderful company sacred heart moving and storage helped me out with storage and free delivery of my belongings due to the hardship my family endored . Thank you so much to sacred heart for everything you are truly angels in my eyes. The employees and service is the best i have nothing but great things to say about sacred heart moving and storage of el paso. My family thanks you...

Just Plain WOW!by Ronnie D.

If The Flash had clones they would be Carlos and Joe from Sacred Heart Moving and Storage!! They were extremely fast but most importantly, treated my belongings with immense care. I was on a very tight budget for my move but Sacred Heart's actual rates were extremely affordable. It was certainly thee most positive moving experience I've ever had. I was very uneasy about having to get movers but the level of professionalism they exuded and displayed was enough to put me at peace as well as their exemplary work. unable to reach company about damages to fridge.by Beatrice Z.

Movers were well prepared with blankets and bubble wrap for our furniture. They worked really hard getting very heavy furniture from upstairs to truck and into its new location. The problem was the fridge. We repeatedly asked to remove doors but were ignored. The door was scratched and the power cord was almost completely severed. Movers tucked cord into back panel without telling us. We noticed problem when fridge wouldn't cool. This could have caused an electrical fire so honesty in telling us would have been best. We were unable to reach company after repeated attempts. We had to pay for repairs but our new fridge now has a noticeable scratch which I guess we'll have to live with.

I have all praises with Sacred Heart Moving! When talking with my rep I was thoroughly informed of the process and they were very professional. They called before hand to let me know that they were on their way and my movers arrived in the time frame I was given. They were very respectful and professional and I could tell that they wanted to make sure all my items were carefully moved. I had quite a few items to be packed and they did an excellent job at packing my china cabinet and china. They didn't waste any time and didn't stop working with the exception for lunch until everything was finished. I don't have any complaints about Sacred Heart and I am telling my friends at work about how professionally my move was handled. If you're moving, make sure to check with this company. Unsatisfied Late Delivery and Broken Productsby Meeyoon C.

Do not trust this moving company. We moved from El Paso to Houston. The owner, Philip, said our furniture would be in Houston within week, but it took them for almost 4 weeks to get to Houston. During the time we were waiting our furniture, we kept calling them and nobody answered and always direct to voice recorder, and they don't call back. We were very upset and disappointed with their service and we also had some broken plates.

Thank you for giving us a chance to respond. We try our very best to give the best possible service to our customers. With this level of service we try to offer, among other things, is to deliver our customer's item by the requested date that they request. We also try as much as possible, to give our customers the best price for the services requested. In this case we did both. Of course in order to resonably do this, and again for this particular situation, the understanding was that price was the greater of the two. So in order for us to meet the price, we needed flexibility on delivery because it would not be cost effective for us as a company to just send these items out to Houston by themselves. We did indicate that we would be able to get Meeyoon's items there in a week but it was contingent on it being coupled with another customer's relocation being shipped to the same area. Of course do to the inherent nature of the transportation industry, we never guarantee an exact date. This is also specifically stated in our contract which states that we have up to "21 business days" to deliver items. We did get our customer's items shipped before this time frame. We apologize for not being able to respond to every call and we understand that to our customer, their delivery was important. We feel our customer was reasonably informed on several occasions of their status but again we apologize for our customer feeling that we didn't respond to every call. It is our busy season and we are a very good company and a lot of people know this and keep us busy with business. We have and continue to implement practiceso to improve our customer service.

We would also like to protect our reputation as well and defend our company and say that we do not feel that it serves the public well or do we feel that it is even warranted for our customer to say "Do not trust this company." We did not mislead our customer, we did not drastically increase their price or do anything to compromise our integrity as a company. There was a small price increase due to the customer adding a couple of items ( a little over $100.00), but outside of the delivery, that was it. We did not damage or mishandle any furniture. We cannot be held liable for a plate being broken because we did not pack our customer's boxes and we cannot know if proper packing methods were performed. Once again, we apologize and thank you for allowing us to respond. God bless.

Absolutely Impressed, From Beginning to Endby Corina V.

I hardly ever write reviews because I find them a waist of time, but this time I felt I needed to give credit where credit is do.

The guys from Sacred Heart were on time, professional and extremely hard working. They treated all my husband's and my items as if they were covered in gold. They were easy to work with and friendly. The owner of the company even called me personally, during the move to make sure I was nothing but satisfied with the service and work. I have moved over 5 times in the past 6 years and hired movers for each move, nothing compares to guys from Sacred
Heart.

When asking for a quote online I got an immediate response and they were so easy to accommodate my late night move after 9pm. I was pleased that they confirmed the day before. Once movers got to my apt they had me packed up into the moving truck within 30 minutes. As well as moved me into my new home in 30 minutes. Movers were really nice... but, once I unpacked I found 1 plate, 1 mug, a bathroom cabinet, and an antique vanity drawer broken. My only real problem was that I called to notify the company of my broken items. I was told that they would call me back once they spoke to the foreman. That was 5 days ago and no response. Maybe my items weren't extremely relevant to them, but to me they carry memories. As a principle of the matter I would have liked to hear back from them. Unfortunately I told my coworkers about my experience, whom needed movers help and they will not be using this service.

Im really happy and satisfied with this company. The workers are really friendly, and are really careful with the furniture. They really quick in loading and unloading. Best Moving Experience Everby Myeisha W.

After reading glowing reviews for Sacred Heart Moving & Storage I decided to schedule a move with them for 4/26/14. And I was not disappointed, from setting up the initial appointment over the phone with Mr. Phillip, who was courteous and informative to the young men who moved me. Junior, Josh, and a third young man arrived and immediately got to work. They only stopped to ask me questions to see how/where I wanted things and to occasionally drink Gatorade. Lol. They were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. But still handled all of my belongings with care. They moved me out of one house and into another in just over 4 1/2 hours. Being a military family and always PCS'ing I have had horrible experiences with movers but Sacred Heart Moving & Storage has really restored my faith in professional movers. They will definitely be the only company we use while here in El Paso. They give military discounts AND even without were the most reasonably priced
