This company is horrible. Moved Jan 2nd. They showed up 3 hours late, wrong size truck, only 2 movers instead of 4, couldn't fit all belongings in the truck, had wrong paperwork. Finally got right truck and loaded. Got to destination and broke my favorite expensive mirror. The owner, Estella, told hew crew to stop unloading the truck and not continue until I paid in full. So called police. Police told the owner that it was unlawful to hold my belongings hostage until I paid and it was theft of property due to not fulfilling the contract. Horrible experience. She even told the officer that he didn't know the law. So he got all her company information and wrote up an incident report and threatened to arrest her crew. Don't use this company! Estella left me a voicemail stating that she can take my stuff at any time, can break anything at any time and she is not liable whatsoever and I would be responsible for reloading the truck, storage fees, and extra work time. Police officer was not thrilled with her at all and told me to file a claim. So I filed a complaint with the TX Dept. of Transportation against the company.
