We had some furniture that we had purchased from a family friend that we needed to get moved from their house to ours. I called and arranged to have My Guys Moving meet us at the friend's house in order to get everything loaded up to move back to our house. I said that I preferred an afternoon appointment and the woman from My Guys said that they had a 12-2pm time slot available which I agreed to. I was informed that we would get a call from the movers before they got there so that we could be ready. They called about 12:15 or so and stated that they were on their way and would be there in about 15 minutes. Brad, Tony and Anthony showed up when they said they would, introduced themselves and asked what needed to be moved. Within 10 minutes, they had loaded up the sofa and loveseat and were ready to go. Once we got back to our house which was about 40 minutes up the road, they got right to work and helped move our old furniture out of the way and were very quick and efficient. They were friendly and professional and did a great job with everything. I felt that we got very good service at a reasonable price and we would use them again and recommend My Guys Moving to friends and family.

on time, but that's about it. at $129/hr, they took 4.25 hours to move my 1 bedroom apt and then charged an extra $129 travel time. it did not take an hour to get from the location of their previous move to my apt but they charged me an hour anyway and when i asked why, told me it was "standard." they also neglected to tell me the full charge when i paid them, if you can see from the photo i uploaded, the charge isn't listed.
