Unprofessional and Misleadingby

Unorganized and unprofessional. I called to get quotes and All my sons seemed be the go after the 2 I researched before them. I was called several times after just only wanting a quote in the beginning from them and they called consistently every day after wanting my business which was a bit of a turn off. After paying the $100 down and scheduling an appointment for them to come out on the 04/08/18. The rep called to confirm the move date the friday before Sunday and stated after the first call 3 movers would be out there and would be there between 8:30am and 10am when that was not initiated in the beginning when I scheduled to go with them. They also stated they could not give me a quote on how much it would be when they did in the beginning which was alot less than what was spent on the day of the move. Instead of 3 movers that was suppose to show it was only 2 which made the whole move process take ALOT MORE AND MORE MONEY. Lastly, my clothes were all turned over balled up and out of the drawer as well as all over the place. The headboard of bed was also not put on correctly and is loose and crooked. This is nothing toward the guys but they could not do but so much. ALL MY SONS informed me I did not need to take my clothes out the drawrrs but the 2 movers could not even barely pick the drawrer up by themselves because it was too heavy. It took them 2.5 hours almost 3 just to do one room and the last 45 minutes they were trying to unravel a bed that was difficult to take apart. When I called Michael the supervisor he seemed a bit careless when I asked him what time they would be there, as if its on there time and I had to wait. I spent way more money then expected and have absolutely no intentions on using ALL MY SONS AGAIN you are actually lucky to get the stars you got and those stars were ONLY for the 2 movers that bussed there ass which shouldve been 3 or 4 present but wasnt and thanks for NOT informing and misleading a customer never using you again.

Avoid At All Costs!! by

This is the dirtiest, most unethical company you'll ever deal with.
First they give you a low-ball estimate to get your business. Once they are at your house, they'll drag their feet and strategically take a long time. Once your furniture is on their truck, they say it took a lot longer than originally expected and gauge you for probably double what they initially quoted you. Think you can fight it? Nope. Once they have your furniture on their truck, they make you sign all this paperwork, agree to their new price BEFORE they move your furniture into your new place, and if you don't sign it or agree to the price?- they threaten to lock up your stuff and take it to their warehouse.

Horrible Experience!by

I was quoted that the move would be between $445-$700.

Instead, I was charged twice, once in the amount of $1265.23 and $94.61 for a total of $1359.84. In addition, I also gave them a $100 deposit the week before the move.

I told them (one guy in particular was doing this himself) to NOT take apart my daybed/couch. I told them it’s been moved several times and NEVER taken apart. It’s simply a mattress, slats that are attached and the base. The 2 drawers come out easily so it’s easy and light to move.

They took apart the bed completely incorrectly and ended up breaking the whole thing. It had to be taken to the dump since there was too much damage to put it back together. They yanked the nails that were not supposed to be removed out and they could not be put back into the damaged holes rather than using the “release” mechanism on the bed. It NEVER should have been and is not meant to be taken apart!!

They also left behind several items including food which ended up rotting in my old apartment and may cost me my security deposit.
