Two Men and a Truck Louisville Reviews - 1

Disappointed by

They were on time which is great. Very polite. But, left my TV in the rain and ruined it as well as left the truck doors open while we had a 20 min. heavy rain; busted out the back of my oak armoire; chipped a couple of my picture frames; bed is off and doesn't stand still and my dresser (triple tier) doesn't close properly in the front anymore. Not to mention when I walked past a room I saw one of them toss his had to another mover and say 'just throw it down, she won't notice'. They did 'apologize' for these things but that is all.

When the research company called me for a review I talked about some of these items (since I was still moving from my other place I didn't have a lot of time). He did a report, agreed this should never happen and forwarded me to the manager; who wasn't friendly and said 'well I'll talk to the guys and call you Monday'. Well, today is August 4th and I've heard nothing so I assume that is that. It must be based on the fact that when they move you they bring a crazy amount of paperwork which apparently keeps them from being liable for anything they do. Which of course they have you sign off on BEFORE they do anything (6 pages total)

I would have been better off hiring my nephews and their friends. It would have also cost me a lot less money.
