We are in the military and move often. Western Express shocked me with their lack of integrity. They misplaced a portion of our shipment, lied about it, then refused to accept responsibility. It is appalling that they will treat our uniformed members of service in this fashion. Choose any other company than this.
First, I would like to say that we have a strict protocol when handling the arbitration process with military claims or unsatisfactory issues. We have followed these guidelines and this shouldn't be allowed to be posted outside of that process. We also settled on a claim issue with this customer within those guidelines. Mr. Liesen felt he was due an inconvenience settlement which is not authorized per the Dept. of Defense guidelines. It could be construed as inappropriate.
