My experience with All My Sons was great! From them sending someone to give me a quote to the movers showing up on time and using padding on the hardwood and wrapping all my furniture for protection. The men that moved us were very professional and fast! I would recommend them to anyone looking to save time on moving without breaking the bank!
I called All My Sons 3 weeks in advance to schedule my move for June 29,2013 (Saturday). I requested a morning move, preferrably 8:00 and I was told that should be no problem but I would be called to confirm a move time. A week before I had not been called so I called them to confirm I was on the schedule. They said they'd call back the day before and they never did, so again, I called them. They had not yet made their "schedule" but would remember that I wanted a morning move. I never heard from them and the next day, they weren't there in the morning. I called around 9:00 and they told me it would be "afternoon". I called again at 1:00 and they told me it would be 3:00. I called again at 3:30 and they told me that they had to go move someone else because of the hours of the buildings elevator operation of this other person and they would be at my place at 6:00. I called at 6:00 exactly and they service guy could not "find" the truck that was supposed to be moving me. He said he would call them and call me back. He never called me back. I called at 7:30 and was very upset and explained to them how horrible their customer service was and that if they schedule to move someone on a certain day then they should be there. At 9:57 PM they called to tell me they were on their way to my place. I did not end up letting them come. Who wants their furniture moved down a flight of switchback stairs in complete darkness?! Not me! They never apologized, never offered a discount move, never said they were in the wrong. They constantly told me they were doing their best. I don't think so. If you don't even call someone to tell them you wont' be showing up, then you didn't do even close to your best!
