We picked Five Star Movers because of their good price, good communication and their hard-working nature. These are all true, however they do need improved practice in moving items delicately. We had several things broken and damaged. Boxes were crushed and some fragile item boxes were stacked on the bottom. Also, please note they do not itemize your stuff. We lost a few slipcovers for our arm chairs and a child's safety bedrail. However, when I reported the missing bedrail, they willingly replaced it. This is impressive considering my experience with other larger moving companies.
