I recently moved to a new apartment and needed someone to move the future from one place to on the next. JV was the first company to call me back, and offered the best price. They wrapped my furniture before loading it in the truck and made sure I didn't need any help before leave. If I ever need to move again I'll call JV.

They disassembled and reassembled furniture perfectly; no damage what so ever and made sure everything was put in its right place.

To start off, they were half the price of all the other companies I got quotes from. They were very helpful and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. My wife and I chose JV Movers LLC to help us move this summer. We read great reviews, they were very responsive and affordable. It started off well with a smooth packing process, when we got to the new house we bought them some pizzas. Then as we neared the end of the unpacking one of the guys said that our shelf was very time consuming to take down will take lots of time to reassemble and if we would like to do it ourselves. We agreed, but when we finally went to assemble it realized they had broken off pieces in which made it unusable also found our crib had been reassembled incorrectly and the screws were stripped bald. To top it off they rounded the time moved at the end which ended up raising our price! We had to contact our lawyer to get them to reimburse us for the shelf which they agreed to. Then sent us a check for $100 (which bounced) to compensate us and now they are no where to be found (mail was returned as well). JV MOVERS LLC in Alexandria, Virginia stay far and clear from them, not only are they unprofessional they run from paying for their mistakes!
